On March 23rd, 2024, Hivision Foundation organized an enriching Skill Development Workshop for students from diverse academic backgrounds, including MEC, CEC, HEC, and Degree programs. The highlight of the program was a behind-the-scenes tour of the Brown Bear Bakery Factory in IDA Kukatpally, where students gained firsthand exposure to the world of food production.

Key highlights of the workshop included:

• Hands-On Learning: Students observed the entire baking process, witnessing how raw ingredients are transformed into high-quality packaged goods.
• Entrepreneurial Insights: The inspiring journey of the bakery’s founder offered practical lessons on starting and scaling a business, including securing bank loans and overcoming challenges.
• Career Exploration: Students explored diverse career opportunities aligned with their fields, such as CEC, MEC, HEC, BBA, BHMLT, B.Com, and B.Sc.
