On March 23rd, 2024, the Hivision Foundation hosted a special Skill Development Workshop for MEC, CEC, HEC, and Degree students. This exciting program took students on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Brown Bear Bakery Factory in IDA Kukatpally. Students witnessed the magic of baking firsthand, seeing how raw materials transform into delicious packaged treats. But the learning went beyond the ovens! The workshop also explored the inspiring story of the bakery's founder, offering insights into starting a business. From securing bank loans to exploring career options in their fields (CEC, MEC, HEC, BBA, BHMLT, B.Com, B.Sc Multimedia), students gained valuable knowledge to shape their future paths. This hands-on experience helped them build a roadmap for success in the exciting world of food production and business ownership.
